I really don’t like doing these sort of things but as of today I weigh in at 187 lbs. I’ve lost almost 30 lbs since leaving treatment last March. I’m so happy to be getting in shape and living a healthy lifestyle. I’ve cut out all junk and fast foods, only eat one card meal a week, practice intermitten fasting each day, train in martial arts, walk or run 4 miles five days a week, and meditate daily.
